A thought provoking lecture of Nochur swami .I have been practicing to be in the thought that I am not the name or form but I am the satchit anandaswayam prakasham Atman ,theoretically I have read and listened to many lectures on Atman and even attended a Gujarati programme where itwassaidthatweare taught to observe the body functioning and Atman being aloof but these did not give me the experience.Eversince I started Nochur Swamis lectures and pondering more and more I feel Iam the poornam I am unborn eternal worldly matters no more attract me .Thank you swami though 74 I bow to you for your valuable lectures which help me so much
