Shalom from Sri Lanka . It was all new to me to hear about all that is happening in Israel to the disciples of Yeshua. We are a Messianic Congregation in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. We love Israel and pray everyday for all the Jews that their eyes may be opened to know Yeshua as their Messiah. After listening to your testimony I have many more points to pray for our loving Jews in Israel. We had three visits from the Jews of Israel visiting our congregation accidently thinking it was a synagogue due to the design of our building and we were blessed to have them during our Sabbath service. We all danced to many Jewish Messanic songs and we shared with them the coming Kingdom to Jerusalem with the righteous King Yeshua as the ruler. Blessings !!!

I am keeping for a couple weeks the Sabbath-day at home as a Holy day according of the 10 commandments, as a first start...but about baptism i'm a bit confused because some people say i don't need a water baptism because I have to be born again through the holy spirit wich makes me already "baptized" is this true??? Then why would Jesus utter verses about being "born again" to Nikodemus ??

Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! The 7th day Sabbath and Bible festivals are a blessing, but don't let it get in the way of your love for your brothers and sisters in Messiah who keep Sunday and Christmas. Yeshua's instruction was for us to love one another, not to be right. Let us be united in love, respecting where others are at on the journey of faith. No-one has it all right. Peace be with you.

Keeping the Sabbath is a love for Christ issue, John 14: 15 if you love me keep my commandments. Nowhere in the bible it says to keep another day than the 7th day Sabbath that God rested on, blessed and hallowed. Historically we know that the Sunday first day of the week comes from paganism adopted by Rome, papacy. Read their writings and they admit it and say the only day of rest in the bible is the 7th day Sabbath. I want to show my love for Jesus by obeying him which is keeping his commandments because he saved me and not to be saved. If you say you love Jesus and do not keep his commandments you are a liar. 1 John. What a poor ridiculous argument this is: no man has ever kept the Sabbath perfectly. So no man has ever stopped completely at a stop sign so I will never stop again at the stop sign. Just try to practice that and you will soon see where you will get. No man or woman has ever kept you shall not commit adultery, not lie, not steal so now I am going to always commit adultery, lie and steal and worship idols. Please David, think, reflect, read your bible. Ask God to open your mind and watch the truth and stop spreading lies.
