Young Minds: The 'Uniqueness' and Limitations of Exile Tibetan Democracy (with English subtitle)

Inspired by the Dalai Lama, Tibetans have built their own democratic institutions in exile. A fully-functioning representative democracy with formerly His Holiness the Dalai Lama as head of state to Sikyong a new elected leader, Tibetans-in-Exile saw a gradual transition in the last half century. But democracy in exile has its fair share of limitations. In this section of 'Young Minds' we sat down with college students of Delhi to talk about democracy in exile.
