I believe this was filmed at Universal Studios. Voiceplay has a connection there as some of them have worked there, and I understand too that a former member of Voiceplay has done The Grinch there. I suspect the makeup on the "Whos" was the same as what they do for characters in the park (or movie set). The Grinch is not named, but some have identified him as a character actor at Universal in their dress.

J-None recently did a reaction to another reaction to this song and he stated that the actor who played the Grinch did not wish to be identified. That does not, of course invalidate anything you said and said person could indeed be a Universal Studios actor, or anyone else. They did, however identify the makeup studio that did the Who and Grinch makeup, so it should be possible to see if they work with Universal Studios or not.

Adriana complements Voiceplay really well. She sings like a bird. She was invited to accompany them last year as a birthday present and she was in shock. It was adorable.
