Poor Glorfindel , the only other person next to Gandalf who killed a Balrog and came back to life from the deed and was seen as a powerful elf that Ringwraiths run away from him, only to get shafted in the films by Peter to small glimpse cameo background shots at Rivendell and at Aragorn's Coronation, even his Horse Asfaloth got more screen time with Arwen.

Actually, as I recall, the other ringwraiths were chasing Gandalf, he'd fought them ALL off on Weathertop before Strider and the Hobbit's got there. The cleaning up to help the Witch King keep his deposit is hilarious tho'.

funny thing is Tolkien was obsessed with keeping the timeline in order. He wrote detailed notes as to who was where and when. Including the movements of the orcs that were chasing the Fellowship.

There might even be an extra they technically called Glorfindel*. Arguably one could take any of the background elves for a face. Though they all look ridiculous. Or morph Legolas and Elrond. Just thoughts I had, of course doesn't really matter. *Aye, the Glorfindel wiki says: "though he does appear during the prologue when Sauron is defeated. In The Return of the King, Glorfindel is seen walking next to Arwen as she is having her vision of her son Eldarion during the journey to the Grey Havens. In his last appearance, he is seen at the crowning of King Elessar, behind Legolas and in front of Arwen." The last order of appearance, first in front of Arwen, even seems a clever detail.
