That was cool! Excellent story, very well told. Enjoyed the acting, too. They seemed a little stiff at first, but got much better as the story went on. I hope we get to see more of them in the future!

@@andytay5507 Axanar was a primary target/offender which prompted CBS to announce their fan film guidelines. Axanar's people claim they filmed all scenes with "Trek alumni" before the guidelines were imposed. They also claim to have since negotiated a "special arrangement" with the CBS legal team. And Axanar never finished production. Because (they claim) all their money got spent in legal costs vs CBS.

That would have been a violation of the guidelines CBS set down for fan films. Plus it would have probably have cost them money These actors and actresses were paid performers. No matter what, were I in charge of such a production, I would insist on a former player receive at the very least the Standard Actor's Guild payment for services rendered. I will *NOT* employee *anyone* without paying them the standard rate of pay for the task they are to complete.
