This depicts severely affected people. Does full video speak of those who can pretend to be "Well People" for short periods-with people who don't know us well? Those primarily housebound-moderately affected. Can go for rare lunch, or shopping. Not confined to dark room, bed all the time. Activity approx 30% of pre-illness. Majority of US docs don't recognize ME & label of CFS given Bias, disrespect, abuse-normal. Lung cancer diag delayed by 9 mths due to CFS stereotyping. I don't tell anymore.

I was a 30% person for almost 9 years. Then got covid and flu within 2 months of each other and now I'm at 25%😭 Only working one half shift per week and can push myself occasionally. But then I crash. I crash for 4 days after my work. I crash for weeks after a day out. People just do not understand it. I don't half the time! 😭
