I was homeless too on Solidad St, Aka china town actually i was night security at Victory Mission on the corner and would always go too Dorthys kitchen for food. Im in Detriot now but ill be headed back too Cali i might just stop by in Salinas to see the peolple of the streets. ya It was pretty Bad but the city needs to establish living shelters and transistional housing for the homeless not just kick them around and lock them up
