I watched another video on KZbin and it turns out their voice is world famous and (as of 11 years ago) they can also be heard at 250 locations around the world including airports, hospitals and on weather advisories.

If the MTA Decides to Copy Ingo Ruff DB BR442 423 Dostos then it's 4 train to Woodlawn Next Stop 125th street same way as an Ingo Ruff RE50 Nach Dresden Hbf Nachste Station Coswig Riesa Dresden.
