Playing this song on repeat today. I didn’t want to leave my house after seeing the numbers on the scale this morning. I had to, but it took everything in me to make it happen. While waiting on medicine for our dog at Costco, I was strolling around the aisles and a woman who I don’t know, walked by me. She literally backed up her cart and said, “I just have to tell you this. You are so beautiful.” I was so stunned that I just stared at her when she actually apologized. Said she was sorry but she just had to tell me. I thanked her and then I literally cried. I have never felt worthy of that description and to have this wonderful stranger stop in her tracks to tell me was so emotional for me. I am still tearing up just thinking about it. I am not sharing this story to fish for compliments or confirmation. I am sharing it so you all know there are still amazing people in our world and awesome things happening during this crazy time. When I turned my car on to head home, this song came on. Ok, God, Guardian Angels, Spiritual Guides, beautiful woman in Costco and Jana Kramer…I hear you and thank you for reminding that I am enough.

Natasha, I truly believe you’re right. That’s why I really make sure to smile more and from less. As well as the best compliment I’ve ever received is when I’ve been told by another woman something nice about myself. We all have to stick together. I’m not against men. I have accepted the fact that Love no longer exists. Society pushed the love, marriage thing too far into fairytale for me. I chased love when I should of been finding myself! If that’s how you feel while in a relationship, you need to get out! If he continues to make you feel like this then he’s not good for you. And if it’s not him and you’re just jaded from past hurts then you need to get out and work on healing your heart because it’s not fair to him. Love is real. Not some Hollywood version of it where you always have butterflies and look at that person as if they are the only one in the world. Real love is when you have compete trust in that person, that even if they do mess up it’s not because they meant to hurt you and that no matter what they won’t give up on trying to be better for you. That’s how it is for me and my husband. He messes up sometimes and does stupid even hurtful things sometimes. But he always apologizes and admits he’s wrong when he messes up. More importantly because I know he truly loves me I know that he genuinely wants our relationship to work and for us to be happy so he’s not going to stop trying to make that happen. I know I can talk to him and he’s going to try to do what I ask if it’s going to make our relationship better because he loves me.

This is the very sad hand ive been dealt. My relationship is far from perfect but its the last relationship I will probably have. So I am making the best of it.
