Ahh thanks! I appreciate that. I strive to avoid that ‘sound’ (or any sound for that matter)…😂 I always try to push this thing to its limits! The Lemondrop is running one synth and there’s a pad coming from the zoia, but everything else is the internal engine on the deluge. A lil effort and you can def make this thing sing!

Yeah Moog makes great and funny products for sure. I’ll get a Mother 32 someday when I’m sure I know everything of the Sub but it’s not the case yet 😅

The very first minutes I was wondering “but what the heck?” 😁 And after hours of toying, everything took its place. The Sub can do psychedelic transe and very emotional ambient. I like its versatility.

Thank you! Definitely have plans to release some of these song sketches to spotify. We’re just finishing up our final mainline record in our ‘chapters’ series then we’ll be releasing some of these song sketch songs in EP format after we get a chance to touch em up a bit. Lots of wider release stuff happening in 2024!!

Thanks! I think my past rock band/studio experience prevents me from NOT driving with drums! 😂 I am using the new firmware, but I haven’t had a chance to dig too deep yet (automation view is verrrrry enticing!) but even small quality of life improvements like a compressor (finally!) and synced stutter and delay are so so awesome! Those devs are killing it!

Long term Deluge addict here. I adore mine but this Lemon drop synth combo looks very enticing! I cnt afford a Zoia, so what other affordable effect pedal would yiu suggest?

The Lemondrop is an excellent compliment to the deluge. It can also be used like and effects pedal (it has a line in) so you can use its reverb/delay/chorus/flanger effects, as well of course as the granular stuff (on any line in.) I didn’t really intend to get any fx pedals to pair with deluge initially so I’m not sure what to suggest... I got a great deal on the Zoia used that I couldn’t pass up and def recommend it. I mostly got it for some nice reverb/delay later down the road when I get some Modular stuff, but on this track I’m using one synth on it. I also wanted the option to have something I could more easily interface my guitar with the deluge. For me, it was about versatility instead of getting multiple pedals and the Zoia fits the Bill!
