@@CunninghamPiano Hi, what do you call the part where the tech was hitting the hammers against the wood block after needling? I was told that this is crucial (although most techs do it with the back of needle handle). Can you explain what it does and why it's so important/makes such a difference? Thx!

The sharp, offensive peaks of the harder-attacked notes were removed. In future, explain first and then show the before and after in a continuous play to avoid making the viewer use the slider to go back and forth to check. Our memory for sound isn’t what yours is, sadly.
