If Pikachu up b couldn't go through shields (and/or if pika could only have 1 tjolt out at a time) I think there could have been a real place for pichu. Other than as a personal challenge

The only bad thing about pikachu is shifting hurtboxes and pancaking

@@Sircoochie both of the things I just listed are pretty out of line, moreso than pancaking. Get out of jail free, unreactable up b with a hitbox and about a dozen relevant options at any given time (so you can't even reasonably predict the location he'd end up) with very little lag is pretty dumb.

He's...a mid tier He's light but he can sure as hell kill early. I've won some fights because people underestimated how fast Pichu can rack up damage
