Thank you Hetty for this magnificent adaptation ! I totally share your comment on Brel and on Gérard Jouannest, a wonderful accompanying pianist and melodist too. The lyrics of this song is very moving, I understand that it touched you. The CD album "les Marquises " is Brel's very last recording. As usual, François Rauber made the arrangements and orchestrations. Merci beaucoup Hetty pour cet hommage 🎶🫠
