Voith Volvo B7RLE ASMR (SN04 NHL)

Welcome to the Winter of Withdrawals, Part 6! During my trips to Stirling and Falkirk in early 2022, I noticed this running the Sprinkerse Park and Ride service. Not knowing how much longer it had left I thought I should have a go, and it turned out to be rather more interesting than I usually find B7RLEs, thanks to it's Voith gearbox. It so far remains the only one with a Voith I have ever found!

Nice catch ! These Voith Euro 3 B7RLEs are certainly hard to find now, despite how many found new lives after leaving Edinburgh. Can’t say I’ve been close to riding one recently

Arriva I believe have some 05-plate Eclipse Urban B7RLE's with Voith gearboxes. Pulhams Coaches I also believe have one of these 04 plate ones.

The KE05s are long withdrawn now, as are the KE54s and GN54s they also had. The 3 SN04s Pulhams had have long been sold off as well
