Miso: As needed
Stir-Fried Dried Radish (4 servings)
Dried radish strips: 1 pack (35g)
Carrot: 1/2
Green onion tops: 2 stalks
Kamaboko (fish cake): 1/2
Ginger: 1 piece
Oil: 1 tbsp
Doubanjiang: 1/3 tsp
Chicken stock powder (granulated): 1 tbsp
Sake: 2 tbsp
Water: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce: A dash
Pollock Roe Salad (4 servings)
Pollock roe: 100g
Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
White sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
Green onions: 3 stalks
Sweet and Savory Tamagoyaki (2 servings)
Eggs: 3
Oil: 2 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Soy sauce: 2 tsp
Water: 2 tsp
