The lyrics mean exactly the same, but are of course interpreted with in the danish version, I would guess... Those people need to give it a chance at first I’ll admit it took me by surprise but only because I was like what did I just hear,But I loved it still do will until I leave this earth it’s so unique and the build up before it is killer stuff,In Still Counting they have a reggae feel to the beat then the drums straighten out a bit and the guitar kind of touches on that feel again it’s just awesome songwriting by guys who stayed true to what they love and out of that spirit came such magic and some of the best songs I’ve ever heard In so happy Volbeat is a thing,is real and does what they do!!I could not imagine them not being here now that they are,In many cases Volbeat is the sound track to my life and I like it that way

This song smacks me off my ass in so many ways. Literally, my life for the past 2 years. New gf, covid, father dies. Lockdown, lost job, can't travel home, no job, still can't travel home, serious injury, new job. The whole time, I'm very convinced everything sucks. However, as my friends have shown. Things don't seem so bad when you're with good people. Don't get me wrong, it still sucks. But, Volbeat has made some familiar oddities into a famiy that has this song as a bonding anthem. And it plays daily, for everyone as a reminder. And, we love it.

I love his voice so much. TwT I love how the guitarist knows how to rift smoothly and control the reverb..
