Which tbh, I'm glad for. There are very few decks that feel unique nowadays. With Amora being what I feel like the complete opposite spectrum of Volcanics. But there are a few other decks that are unique as well

Me alegro de ver que el Blaze Accelerator original tiene lugar en el deck, aunque sea como un coste. Fue redimido después del tremendo retrain que representó la trampa "Blaze Accelerator Reload" cuando salió en su momento. Este nuevo hechizo continuo es lo que debió haber sido: como un Tri-Blaze Accelerator (envía el Accelerator original para poder activarse), pero que sea bueno. Y encima el resto del soporte también aprovecha el que esté en cementerio, por lo que no actúa como un coste y ya. Aunque hubiera estado bueno que las sinergias con otros monstruos Pyro fueran más abiertas, por si en algún futuro crearan un arquetipo Pyro con el que pueda mezclarse, o incluso una staple o tech, como por ejemplo las Lyrilusc con D.D. Crow. 2:39 ahí podías usar Blaze Accelerator y hacerle 1000 de daño al oponente, XD (es broma). Yo creo que esa mano sí que cabe en la categoría de "Sub-óptima".

I think the floodgates can be easily replaced with going second tools tbh as it already has a good time going first regardless and it would reduce dead hands/draws Good example would be forbidden droplet as you can easily send cards to the grave for those juicy negates since most of the cards have graveyard effects.

Fair point. I think the floodgates are mainly there as a combo with summoning bomb tokens to the opponent’s field. If they’re summoned to an empty field then you flip rivalry, they’re basically locked out of other summons unless they get rid of the token.

The floodgates in this case are just for the Bomb combo. It helps to reduce the tempo of the opponent a Lot so it would be more easier to win by Burn turn 3 considering the Big amount of damage You can Burn the second time You Summon emperor. That plus the fact that Emperor already make Burn by itself when the opponent Special Summon. The floodgates CAN work Going second too but obviously are much better first.

You should try the FTK variant with some of the Snake eyes support. Also lyrilusc bluerobbin is good as a rank one if you cant get the burn. Also curious how horus to set up rank 8 negates will work.

¡Ufff, la nostalgia! Igual yo forzaria por los loles la version que yo juguaba. Con el quick spell, que en ese entoces estaba limitado a 1, que devolvia 5 cartas del banish al gy, el mostruo fuego nivel 4 que al invocarlo devulvia 3 pyros del gy al deck y mi favorito el xyz rank 4 de viento que al desacoplar devolvia del banish 3 al gy. ¡Como lo gozaba, basicamente era un deck metralleta! 😂

Buena pregunta. Exactamente, es un usuario de KZbin claramente fan de los Volcanics, y un dia hace ya un par de años ya decidio comentar en un video lo mucho que ansiaba nuevo soporte (no se sabe exactamente cuando fue su primer comentario sobre el tema ni en que video de que canal), y luego siguió haciendo lo mismo comentado (con cosas del estilo "1200 dias esperando nuevo soporte Volcanic") en videos de montones de creadores de contenido de Yugioh (desde los mas grandes hasta los mas chicos, hasta canales que solo tienen videos de puras replays de YGOPro). El sujeto se volvió un meme en la comunidad de Yugioh de habla inglesa (aunque tambien llego a ser conocido en la comunidad hispanohablante), tanto que mucha gente le seguia el juego solo por diversion haciendo comentarios apoyandolo y hablando de como se jugaba el deck o como se podria jugar hoy en dia, y hasta hablando de que tipo de soportes podria recibir en un futuro y que necesitaria el deck. En fin, larga vida a los Volcanics y a Payne96.

Ese deck es como para combinarlo con runicks, kaijus o como ya se vio con sprights , jugarlo al típico stun que muere ante una evenly es un enorme desperdicio

Es un tema de gustos a decir verdad porque aun con Runick o Spright sigue siendo fun, y si tu intención es solo divertirte con el deck cualquier versión es válida. Después de todo, bajo ningún concepto Volcanic Runick o Volcanic Spright es mejor que cualquier otra variante ya existente de Runick/Spright. El único motivo por el cuál quisieras combinarlos es para divertirte un rato.
