Volcon Grunt - 1st Day

After riding for 3 hours, I learned quite a bit about the bike. I share a bunch in the video because I am a little nerdy. Wanted to highlight a few points here.
Three modes (plus reverse)
Stroll - 33.3 amp max. Limited to 20 mph.
Explore - 66.7 amp max. No speed limit.
Sport - 100 amp max. No speed limit.
Battery
Controller is limited by the 67.2 Lithium Polymer battery pack. I believe it is a 16s5p 18650 pack.
Top speed
6.7 kw motor limits this bike between 40-45 mph on a level street. (Going downhill I hit 49 mph indicated.)

Will it climb as steep of hills as a gas bike? I get it would kill the batt quicker, but I have very steep hills maybe 200 ft long or more and you cant get a lot of run up speed on them.

Looks like I missed your comment earlier. It climbed anything I pointed it at. Yes, the battery would be depleted faster but some power would be gained with the regenerative braking on the down hill side. The difference is that it is much slower due to the lack of hp with significantly more torque and a wide tire providing plenty of traction.

I got mine a month ago. Rode it for 20minutes, and now it will not power on or charge. The battery has no display, and the charger light just stays green. RIP OFF!! I had to send them a video of their faulty moto and they still have not resolved anything.

@@rndm7091 I have been in contact with all of them. Marlonn is (non)-handling my issue. HORRIBLE SERVICE! It has been a struggle for them to even send me the box so I can return the battery. Glad you had some luck with them. I have a $7K boat anchor.

@@joejensen8410 He was the one I was going to put you in contact with. So sorry to hear you are having horrible service on top of the battery issue! I have high hopes for an American product maybe because I have no expectation of help from a Chinese product.
