Volibear is literally the Toplane Kai'sa, build whatever you want with him, it will most likely work. And as someone who enjoys playing Poppy, seeing another person playing with her and having a mental breakdown in less than 7 minutes makes me feel that they don't deserve playing with such a humble champion.

Pro tip: while Voli W is and counts as an auto atk, it does not reset your auto timer. So when you go for the 1-2 under tower you can actually get a 1-2-3. Q is an auto atk and also resets the timer. So if you can E-A-Q-W-A for best combo if standing next to target
