smolder is a caster adc that doesnt scale with attack speed, so frozen doesnt do much against him because he has infinite scaling max hp true damage burns and a % based execute that procs off of the burn

nah, as a Tank is best you outheal his true damage proc so you can avoid his execution if stix had Riftmaker he probably would survive longer vs having FrozenHeart @@dmajorray6154

yeah that's what im frightened about too man.. they shoulda just let him be and not buffed him at all... he was not good so i could very well play him for anybody to ignore him xD now he will be even worse than he was before.. the thing is the buffs weren't even that amazing... but now so much more people are playing him that he seems too good. In fact it's just that his kit is good and by playing him well he is a good jgl. I had great sucess before the buffs... didn't need that sh1t..

it's the riot special, overbuffing a champion into godhood. no ranged ADC should ever have that much true strike. vayne's at least is tied to a kraken-esq 3 strike rule, but smolder's is cracked
