Peter Luu, the extended front lip is indeed a feature... To minimize debeading of the tire when airing down. Your “features” are really you rambling observations of the wheel itself. I would expect as an authorized dealer you would actually say something with substance rather than rambling off on your observations. This was more like 3rd grade show and tell rather than a professional presentation. You got some work to do bud. Good luck.
