Lovely memories, thanks. I think the interior was much smarter and bettervfinshed but I could be wrong. It was a great car for students. It was a mistake to put cans of guiness on the rear shelf as they cooked being above the engine 😅

It’s because is a standard beetle, not a super beetle. Now in the US we had the beetle with some padding for safety reasons.

Does anybody know the name of the seal that goes across the body down the side and from the top down to the back mines covered in paint because somebody decided to paint the entire vehicle and not remove the seals I need to replace those do you know where or how or what they’re called thank you
