+Andrew McErlain Just one question, how can i find out the BCM of my current vehicle to confirm ill be able to retrofit a MFSW? Great video BTW! Please post more T5 videos!!!

Hey Andrew, only just seen this comment (Not sure how I missed it). If you remove the lower panel above your pedals with a torx screw driver you will see a flat module (This is your BCM) with loads of plugs going into it. If you have a BCM with 087 then you can fit Cruise and other nice toys. I think however that you can fit a MFSW to any BCM.

From memory I think it was about £6-£7k. I know that once we had finished it was going off for a full interior conversion. Lovely vehicle though :)

its manual, can you retrofits DSG? If you got bluetooth, why need mdi?... its a manual car why cruising ? when driving 100, push button to lower speed to 50. manual wont do it.. it wont changed gear..

It wouldn't be cost effective to retrofit DSG. If you've got MDI then the phone or device can be charged and keeps it away from your hands when driving. That's not the point of Cruise. The point is to maintain a constant speed without you needing to push down the gas pedal all the time.
