Volkswagen Vento Clutch, Suspension & Steering Replacement | VW Suspension & Transmission Problem

We had this 2013 Volkswagen Vento visit one of our MotoFyx car repair workshop for an annual service along with a concern relating that of a strange metallic sound being observed from the front side of the car especially while driving across uneven road surfaces, further there was also a grinding noise which could be heard while steering the car, along with a hard to engage clutch pedal. With the driving comfort of the car only deteriorating overtime and seeking a permanent fix to the above concerns, the car owner reached out to us for assistance.
Upon a detailed inspection of the car by our expert technicians, the steering rack and pinion gear had developed heavy play creating a strange grinding noise being observed while steering. Further, the tie rod end and ball joint were in bad shape, requiring replacement. The front shock absorber mounting was deformed and had an elevation of nearly an inch from the car’s body. The front shock absorber refill and kit were found weak, requiring replacement. The clutch set of the car was completely worn out, requiring immediate replacement. The flywheel had also developed burn marks, however since there were no severe cracks observed, the flywheel friction surface only required surface levelling.
*Function of the steering rack:
- Steering racks are equipped with rack and pinion gears, their main function is conversion of the steering wheels rotational motion into linear motion, needed for the car’s wheels to turn. Reduction of gears, makes it easier for the steering wheel to turn the wheels
*Symptoms of faulty steering rack:
- Loose steering
- Steering wheel vibration
- Noise from the steering
- Wheels don’t return to the center
- Looseness in steering wheel
*Solution:
- The wheels and front both shock absorbers were dismantled
- Subframe was dismantled in order to access the steering rack
- Old steering rack assembly was replaced with a new VWAG genuine steering rack assembly
- The weak front shock absorber refill, kit & mount were all replaced with new VWAG genuine spare parts
- The gearbox was dismantled and the old clutch set was removed
- Flywheel was surface levelled and reinstalled along with the flywheel bearing
- The worn out clutch set was replaced with a new VWAG Genuine clutch set along with replacement of the clutch release bearing
- New transmission oil was filled
- Wheel alignment and annual service was performed

My skoda rapid 2014 diesel variant faces a issue :- when i remove leg from clutch car is not moving…& have to remove 90% foot from clutch then car is moving…I have change my clutch plate, pressure plate & bearing, cylinders tooo 3 times at same time… Please give some solution
