If Diesel with just 103HP/Tonne is giving such a tough competition to Virtus with 117HP/Tonne...it's time for the beast, 200HP Petrol XUV 7OO to come out. XUV with bigger wheels, not so good aerodynamics, so much weight (1787Kgs) against a very light one (1275Kgs), a torque converter transmission which is not tuned for spirited performance and is slower than a dynamic oriented DSG gearbox, big diesel engine which doesn't like to be reved much (just 4800rpm) against a 1.5 TSI which revs to glory, the 2.2L mHawk in XUV 7OO performed really well, hats of to Mahindra.

Absolutely !✅ It would have given even more tough competition but - their was a gear change lag in the first round you can observe 2:24 , xuv slowed down at that point of time. In the second round it lost a lot traction. The third one looks more competitive as xuv launched very perfectly .Virtus is also a very powerful machine🔥 that’s why I am planning to buying one👍. Thank you for your opinion as it means a lot to me❤️

XUV doesn't have that weight advantage as it has freaking 2.2 l diesel with 450nm of torque coming 2000 rpm and 185 ps...virtus have a dsg lag but it can give tough fight in long. 👍🏻 race....German will show it's true power
