The two most underrated moments of the ep are; (1) during the last timeout when Daichi just straight tells Ukai and the team irregardless how strong it is, they have not choice but to just stop Oikawa's serve and (2) when Daichi then just straight up receives that monster serve from Oikawa and allowed for Asahi's back attack and breaks Oikawa's service. Without Daichi's receive Karasuno would not have been able to break Oikawa's serve and they would have lost. I love Daichi! Such an underrated character.

Sad Fact: The scene after Oikawa did the long toss and tripped and used his knee (the one with white knee guard stuff) to get back up is actually a bit depressing because the knee he landed with is his BAD/INJURED KNEE (his injury was mentioned during his 1st appearance on season 1)😭😭😭😭😭 Kararuno vs. Aoba Josai is actually one of the most intense, heart stopping, action packed, emotional and depressing match there is in Haikyuu!! Not only because it is the season where Karasuno got their win over Aoba Josai but it is also where Oikawa’s flashbacks, insecurities and amazingness were shown. You won’t know if you feel happy or sad after each match 😭 Also please please please! Watch the clip where they showed Aoba Josai after the match! It’s in the ending part of the 2nd Haikyuu movie but you don’t need to watch whole movie because it’s just the whole season 2 squeezed in a movie and the Aoba scene is just about 6-10mins long (there is an ending movie clip too with Dateko during season 1, you can watch it too if you can, they’re in youtube) Prepare your tissue before watching it tho because 😭😭😭😭 And to vanish your tears after watching those, you can watch the Exam Ova to cleanse your tears 😂 Ps.
