Many weren't saying that, 2 years ago. But then again, I didn't vaxxinate and I didn't stay locked in during "lockdown" either, so that probably sums up why my neurons still fire in my brain. I instantly dismissed all the western crap as BS from 24/2/2022 (Ru using chips from washing machines, Ru running out of missiles in Nov 2022 yada yada yada). Only a sheep would be so deluded not to think that NATO met it's match this time. Ivan knows all about sacrifice. They lost 26 million the last time they went to war, but they still won!. Yeah, sure, we like to think of it as "our victory" but in reality, RU paid the biggest butchers bill of WWII. Plus, Ru has 6000 nuclear weapons to ensure they never lose any war. If they lose, we ALL lose!. I knew this from the very start!. I'm not sure why other westerners never cottoned on to the bleedin' obvious! 🤣🤣🐏🐏

Crimea belonged to Turkey for centuries. Then they lost it to Russia in 1774. Ukraine didn't exist till 1991. So Crimea couldn't possibly be Ukrainian. In 1954 leader of USSR Khrushchev gave Crimea to Ukraine for administration, but 90% of its population were always ethnic Russians. They genuinely want be with Russia. Not Ukraine, EU and NATO. Same with Donbass. Most Ukrainians now are ready to cede Crimea and Donbass to Russia for the sake of peace. But none of this would've ever happened if Ukrainians didn't choose such anti-Russian rulers in 2014. Crimea and Donbass was in Ukraine then and would've remained now. Russia doesn't need someone else's territory, they've got too much of their own. They just don't want bitter enemies like NATO behind the wall.

Ukraine will never be accepted into NATO. A healthy economic union like the EU brings prosperity and freedom to the people, not a military alliance. Plus, NATO has never been attacked, so why expand it all the way to Russia’s border? That makes no sense. In fact, NATO has already started two wars against two sovereign countries. So why should Russia trust us? Ukraine is too big, with too many people and no natural barriers for Russia to just accept having the most advanced weapons in the world right on its doorstep. The US almost started a nuclear war because Russia was in Cuba. And Cuba doesn’t even share a border with the US. And why did Russia do that? Because the US had nuclear warheads stationed in Turkey, 200 miles from the Russian border. Russia said, ‘Stay away from our border, and we’ll do the same.’ JFK backed off, and so did Russia.

This was always going to be the outcome let's be honest. Did anyone really think for a second that Ukraine would actually win this war? They put up one hell of a fight and they did their people proud. But in war there can only be 1 winner and this time it's Russia. Throughout history territory has been won, lost, seized from each other, borders have moved and changed, this is just another one of those times... Give up the territory, agree to peace, move on with your lives.

That's not accurate- Russia tried to take over the entire country and they were driven back to a much smaller portion of the country. I don't know if that counts as a win for Ukraine, but it's certainly not a win for Russia considering what their war aims were 1000+ days ago. Considering the difference in perceived military might Ukraine DID win because there is still a Ukraine (albeit smaller)

that was so obvious from the beginning that NATO and Ukraine were going to lose, but NATO did not care about the Ukrainian people, for them, this was just a good biz, and Dupplensky bought into this and sacrificed 600000 Ukrainians dead and 1.5 million wounded. Ukraine will be lucky if Russia does not get more territory before some sort of price deal is brokered. on top of this, Ukraine has no leverage to negotiate with Russia, and the peace deal will be on Russian terms.
