This is a genuine Cuda, code BS. 52,639 actual miles. It's a survivor car with only one exterior repaint. All original rust free metal, original interior, numbers matching. It's very well optioned including the 360 motor, air conditioning and rallye gauges. It was purchased from a woman in California in 2006. It has been in a man cave/living room type setting the last 15 years in Tennessee. We've been trying to buy this car for several months!
EXTERIOR: Excellent original body with no rust or damage. It's straight, panels fit square and flush, the doors shut like new. The Cuda comes with a dual scooped hood and blacked out tail panel. It has had only 1 exterior repaint, the jambs are still original. The original vin sticker is on the driver's door. The weatherstrips are excellent. Original Sienna color without a vinyl top. The paint is about 20 years old, it presents itself very well. It's glossy with minor imperfections. All the stainless moldings are straight and shiny. Original chrome is shiny. The grills are in excellent shape. Original glass is very good and the windows roll up nice. The rally wheels are in excellent shape.
INTERIOR: It is original and looks practically new. It has the original dash pad without cracks which is rare. It has rallye gauges including tachometer. The knobs, controls, wood grain are excellent. It does have a modern stereo and speakers in the door panels. The steering wheel is not worn. The seats still have firm cushions, original upholstery is excellent. The center console is mint, the slapstick shifter is not worn.
The original plastic door panels look like new. Headliner is pristine, no wrinkles. Complete set of original seatbelts look like new. All the bits and pieces are excellent- plastic trim, heater controls, vents, visors etc. Interior lights work.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original vin # matching 360 4 barrel, the biggest motor available. It's completely stock- manifolds, air cleaner, valve covers etc. It has optional air conditioning, power steering and brakes. It also has cruise control. Everything looks proper- the heater control valve, heat riser tube, vacuum lines, overflow bottle etc. Battery is properly secured. The engine bay is excellent metal. The vin on the cowl and core support match the car. The fender tags are still attached, it's a 2 tag car.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: No rust, original metaI. The jamb and trunk lid have original paint in excellent shape, the decal is even original. The spare has never been used, the ink stamp is still on the tread. The jack is mounted properly, looks like it hasn't been used. The mat has been replaced with carpet.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath is very well preserved, original condition. The metal floors, braces, inner rockers and even the lower quarters are rock solid. It has factory under coat. It has been mechanically maintained as needed. It looks like there's some miscellaneous front end components that have been replaced. Replaced dual exhaust with crossover pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. The tailpipes have original tips going through the valance. The shocks have been replaced. It has disc brakes in front, e-brake assembly is hooked up. Bottom of the motor is real clean, has correct style starter. The vin # matching 727 automatic was rebuilt. It has an 8 3/4 rear end with 3.23 gears. It still has assembly line writing on the housing.
This is a rare find. Not too many people leave a Cuda sitting around without racking up miles. A low mile survivor always feels better. They can be original only once! There's not another one out there like this.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
**These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership.

74 was the last year that Mopar managed to hang onto that American muscle look while the Chevelle and nova had already gone down the crapper. This was truly the end of an era for Mopar, and wow what a beauty she is Jay!

I had a 70’ Belvedere with 318 that produced 235 hp I think 🤔 So yeah they really detuned those engines a lot after 71’ and later .

My 2nd car when I was 21 was this. Sold my '68 Coronet 500 (the car I miss more than this E body) for $500, added $500, walked into the dealer that couldn't give these away in '74 and walked out with a $4k crimson red with white stripe 360-4v spankin' new 'Cuda (this should have stripe, too - must've been painted, plus rear valance black is not quite right) . 7 MPG if you are having ANY fun - 15 MPG if you did 55 on the highway. When gas went to 50¢ a gallon we were PISSED! Straight line only these heavy E bodies couldn't turn for sh*t, a Corolla would beat you in the twisties. Hard plastic interior surfaces with screws that would fall out, noisy clinkity clunk when door shuts - these cars were a mess. But, they looked cool and went like a bat out of hell on the highway. The car I miss is the '68 B Body (like road runner) Coronet 500 coupe - much better car and much more rare than these E bodies. Don't get me wrong, for my first new car the 'Cuda looked cool - it just looks better than it drives or performs. 🚗
