I'm taking you guys to a traditional Argentine asado restaurant known as La Estancia. They specialize in making Argentina asado a la estaca. It's a slow cooking process which takes hours and the meat is hung around the wood fire and simply turned around at 180 degree angles to cook both sides. The price for the Argentina asado is what surprised me when you exchange for blue dollars. For sure this is the cheapest Argentina barbeque you can ever find with such high quality meat. Super cheap Argentina asado with wine included for a bargain price.

Buenos Aires is great, but you should go all around the country to see all of the beautiful nature of Argentina before you leave. There are so many amazing places to go to in Argentina. There are rain forests, jungles, mountains, glaciers, and all kinds of great places to see. A lot of places not all tourists get to see that would make for great videos. ✌

The somewhat more complicated parts regarding security are Capital Federal (city of Buenos Aires), Rosario in the Province of Santa Fé, and Córdoba City in Cordoba Province, but always in these cases we are talking about the peripheries of these three large cities. But the rest of the country, the interior, what in Argentina we call ¨El Campo¨, routes inward, is an Eden! And I'm not saying this in terms of the landscapes, I'm saying this in terms of the people and the living way of who live there: our interior is very peaceful, calm and smiling. I really say it to my friends in the rest of the world: do not be influenced by the lack of knowledge to focus on the city of Buenos Aires if you want to know Argentina, it is even the opposite! Go to the interior of the provinces, even in the province of Buenos Aires itself, cities like its capital, La Plata (where I am from and where I live, at 50km of Buenos Aires city) is a much calmer, more village-like city, and surrounded by fields of grazing and cultivation. And we are right next to the periphery of what is called "the Buenos Aires Conurbano", which are the cities that surround the capital city of Argentina, Buenos Aires. Really, get to know Santa Fé (its deltas), Misiones (its jungles and waterfalls), Mendoza (and its wines and deserts), Jujuy and Salta (with its mountains and ravines and mountain gastronomy), Chubut or Río Negro, which are part from Patagonia... We have a truly wonderful country, it is almost a compendium of what can be found in the rest of the world. Best regards to all!

I can literally taste how much you two are enjoying the meal. 🤤🤤When Carlos says "mmm" , closes his eyes then falls back into chair, you know the food is legit. Argentina is a carnivore and wine drinks paradise. I would visit that place after hitting the gym. All the delicious protein with side of fries or mashed potatoes for a little carb. Lol. Los cortes como ribs, brisket o chuck roast, bien cocinados al carbon son deliciosos. Si son smoked con hickory mucho mejor, y si el flat del brisket esta brined como el que se usa en el corned beef muchisimo mas suave y sabroso. Pero lleva tiempo para que quede bien, 5-6 hrs en un small barrel smoker si no es muy grande la carne. La falda que tenia escondida abajo el cocinero en el horno, esa es la buena.

But is that 100usd steak imported?. Or is it from the US?. Because if it is from the US then the quality is lower because there the cows are corn fed and their life standards are really low. In Argentina the meat comes from free-range, grass fed, happy cows, that's why the meat needs no seasonning.

I'm a bit confused. On the receipt at the bottom left it says the amount in Dollars an Euros. That's basically what you paid in cash. So what would happen if I paid with my credit card? Would they charge me in dollars on what it says on the receipt or the official exchange rate from the Peso to dollar.
