Gotta love seeing the tradition continue. A young man commits to the Vols and their ranking drops. Just means if we have the #12 class then it's prolly closer to top 5. The joke is on anybody who keeps underestimating the Vols.

I take rankings with a grain of salt. We have more talent and athleticism this year with more coming in 2025. I have faith in our staff’s recruiting. The best (UT) isn’t for everyone and the numbers that really matter are the ones on the scoreboard. GBO 🏈🍊🏈🍊💯

Last thing I'll say. I'm definitely not unbiased, but I am an outside observer, living in Georgia. But I agree, it could be the highest rated player in 30 years, and if they commit to the Vols, they are suddenly overrated and over hyped. I don't get it at all. Everybody likes to hate the good guys. Maybe we need to make a Tony V/ Basevol move and go full heal.

Ya it's crazy, but it actually makes the staff look better to win with talent that they rate a little lower on some of these sites. I think other teams have taken notice especially UGA. They offer players after we do almost every time!
