Where was Bawumiah over the past 8yrs. What prevented his government of which he was/is the second most important personality from introducing the so called solar technology. Dr. Bawumia can never hoodwink and gaslight the suffering Ghanaians. Palgrave advise your collapsing government to start compiling its handing over notes. You people have nothing to discuss. How can you discuss NDC votes with NPP votes in Volta or Ashanti. Everybody knows where these two parties stand in these areas and there's no need to do this discussion.
