Voltage Divider rule calculation & practical, in Hindi - types, uses, circuit

The voltage divider rule or potential divider circuit rule, and how it works in a circuit, are explained with calculations, examples practical, in Hindi. Types, uses, applications and formula derivation are also explained.
The voltage divider rule changes high voltage into small voltage. Using the potential divider with a potentiometer, the output of the voltage divider can be adjusted accurately.

When 3w 12v dc led bulb is lit from 20 ah 12v battery it gets very hot and last for very less days and is not much durable please suggest me permanent solution. So that the heat lasts less and longer.
