Service is really bad. My machine is down for last 6 months (within warranty period) and their service engineers are unable to fix it. Area Service Managers never respond to calls or messages. Looks like their default callertune is ‘the number you are calling is currently busy’. Escalation on website just results in an automated mail of assurance, nothing else. I have lost hopes for Beko getting my machine fixed. I am looking for a tabletop model from IFB or any other reliable brand. Edit: Finally Voltas agreed to change my machine and replaced my existing machine with another one. They could have done this without stretching it for months, though.

@@Ironman-yv1ve believe whatever you want. it was out of desperation when there was no response from beko team for months to fix my dishwasher. I hope you would never go thru any such experience where you spent some hard earned money on something to improve the life of your old parents and later you see it becomes a headache with the brand being lazy to respond or provide a solution. If you happen to go thru anything like that, then you may understand that not everyone on internet is a salesperson of another brand. And, yeah.. I am not going to delete it because the prospective customers need to know this side of the brand too. When I bought it, there weren’t much reviews available.

I am happy with dishwasher. It depends your water supply is continuous or not. If electricity costs per unit is less than ₹5, then it is ok.
