Hey, i seem to be getting the issue on the ev200d, but only with my Geprc Skip 3. I have no idea if the problem lies with my googles, the vtx or the camera. No one else seems to have reported it with the ev200d.

My new EV100 googles (purchased in Jan. 2018 - circuit board labeled V1.2) have a revised design with two parallel caps in the same place. Looks like Eachine may have address the problem. Thank you for your tutorial. It has helped embolden me to take mine apart and perform enucleation (removal of one eyeball!). I'm using my goggles for a new invention that requires me to wear them during work, so I want to see out of one eye through the goggles directly, and one eye on the camera.

Left them alone. Eachine reengineered this as a fix in the later version (my version).

Also just took mine apart and mine have 2 capacitor2 where yours o ly has one....any ideas?

maybe they fixed this with later revisions by adding two caps.

+1👍 thank you. my release was later without the same issue, but your video has answered other questions. My ev100 always beeps as if low battery, but my battery pack is fully charged. do you think a barrel capacitor on the power input could help?

I'm thinking it doesn't read the battery voltage correctly so a capacitor would not help.

I'm getting jello on mine at first I thought it was the camera but determined that it's the goggles after testing 6 different cameras. I wonder if this would fix it?

Aluminum foil as heat protection? Always thought it‘s a well heat conductor...;-) Otherwise thanks for introducing an interesting fpv goggles brand...

the foil blocks the airflow from the gun and will not melt. it might also stay a bit cooler since it is wicking away the heat from the air blowing on it.

yup, the foil works as protection because it blocks the air flow which would otherwise melt the plastic parts.
