Voltron - New at Europa Park 2023, Mack Rides Big Dipper NL2 Recreation

Voltron will open in 2023 and will be 32m tall for 80km/h and have a length of 1600m.
The ride will have 7 inversions as well as 4 launches, 1 vertical and a triple launch section.
The layout was made with a picture of the construction permit found by @EPF4ever on twitter and by a profile layout made by @tylmry on twitter.

Thank you for the Recreation. Nevertheless I personally would not expect a tripple launch after the maintenance building. But the rest of the layout is done really well and gives a good impression how the coaster will most likely ride. Edit: After the new infos of the plans, a turn table and tripple launch is actually likely to happen. Didn't expect that to be honest but it definitely sets itself more apart from Blue Fire that way.

Nice recreation, thats almost how I would imagine it to be after seeing the plans. But I think the triple launch would need to much time to reach the high capacity Europa-Park needs, so I expect a single launch in place.

After making the NL2 sim we also think a triple launch will be too long but we still think there will be a swing launch but in two parts, Backward ->forward

Lost Gravity was unique at least. I dont understand the difference between this ride and a regular Mack launch coaster tbh. Its just a normal Mack launch with 4 accross seating...

@@StarWarsTime There is another Mack Big Dipper with a lot more force to Lost Gravity. It whips you through the track and a very tight looping. Lost Gravity just felt for me like a hit and miss. It does some things right but it is not a well round up coaster and the whole park is now rethemed to shipping containers and Graffiti. I just felt like the old mack wildmouse was a more round up coaster then Lost Gravity is. Personal opinion.

@@DJWezzyK I disagree but thats fine, its your opinion. But my comment was about the fact that this is just another mack launch. It doesnt feel like a unique ride model anymore. And I dont understand why Europa Park would build a 2nd Mack Launch coaster, instead of building an Invert, a Wing Coaster, a Mack Mega, a flying coaster...something that they dont already have.

@@StarWarsTime there are a few differences. The tripple luauncj, the spike, the vertical launch, the four seat rows and modern elements

@@StarWarsTime They have a Invert (Well, more a darkride, but it is a powered coaster). Europapark has a few lawsuits with the neighbours right now about light and sound pollution. So a Launch coaster makes up for noise. I think Mack Rides, which owns the park, just builds the ride as a showcase what the Big Dipper can do then the current two installations.

I’m glad to see a replica finished this soon! It’s very smooth and looks accurate to the leaked plans. But then I noticed 0:45… Do you need help scripting the triple launch and turntable sequence? I’d be happy to teach you how.

No problem I don't need scripting the table and triple launch since I wasn't the one who made the coaster haha. It was Lonkams a friend that made it and he knows how to do it, we were just too lazy to put them lmao Everything was made at like 11pm on a Discord vc when we got bored haha
