If you want to pitch, assume youre going to get smoked 2-3 times a game, sometimes 7-8. If your attitude is, if someone hits middle im gonna act hard and try to fight, just dont play and definitely dont try and pitch. It also helps to know where to get set at. 95% of these the pitcher chucks and runs rather than getting set in the hole and preparing for a nuke. If youre getting drilled in your side, butt, back side of legs, thats on you.

Pitchers are so vulnerable at that speed. I don’t care how much armour you have on. Batters that are either doing it on purpose or not. It’s disgusting. I’ve pitched and probably won’t do it again.
