Question abouts Advos .Would like to know if we allowed to count and carry the exact amount for a walking loop , was told by management that I fill my satchel up and go. It can be heavy to over carry unnecessary amount and on rare occasions I'm short and need more .

@@jpchico81 Filling the satchel can mean different things to different people. To you it means to carry the correct number of pieces simple as that.

I got forced transfered from my office. I'm a ptf Carrier on the job for two years now.

​@freezkoh long story short , my postmaster and I got into a verbal altercation , to the point where I was placed on EP for 2 months. The vice president of my branch, the postmaster and myself , had a meeting last week, where we discussed the situation and what my punishment will be. He verbally said that he no longer wants me at his office, and that he would take me off of EP and placed me on admin leave. Friday comes , and the VC of my branch says to report into work on Monday, but at a different office .

@martincuebas666 Interesting. That kind of transfer is not covered in the JCAM. Is it coser to home? Better chances of converting faster?

@@freezkoh I was next to become regular at my office, before the transfer. It's a little further away, about 15 mins. Thr grievance definitely went up for backpack, but I don't know about my relative standing
