Volvo bus glass replacement

Replacement of a Volvo bus broken glass window & bus livery restoration. This video highlights each step taken while fitting the brand new glass. And it can also serve as 'How to fix a broken bus glass' guide for interested audience.
It was extremely sunny and is highly favorable for a task like this as it allows quick dry of sealant & stickers. However the technicians felt a moment of frustration due to warming sun. Tough task but great execution.

Silicon sealant is not good for glass bonding. Polyurethane sealant has to be used. This also recommended by Volvo.
