Volvo C70 II D5 Passenger Window moves in steps.

The Window controller on this Volvo C70 II D5 is not working as it should: instead of moving the window completely up or down, window moves about 10cm and then stops - even if the button is pressed and not released.
The controller was changed to the same one (used, 31288113AA, DR CONTR UNT PDM HIGH), which did not helped.
At the time I do not have VIDA/DiCE to read possible errors or to programm controller. Car's display shows no errors.
Maybe someone of you could help me and some other people. Thanks.
