The U.S. needs that system. The refuse/trash companies, have their driver get out of the cab and hook up a winch to load the container on the truck.

Long time since i drove but i am sure its remaining the same speed when its empty. You can put the hook in a fast mode if you want. Thats recomended only when the container is empty then you get some speed when operating. This video is in slow/normal mode. The truck was brand new and he was going to a truckmeet the day after so he didn't want to cause any damage.
