VOLVO S60 2.5T | Part 2 NEW EXHAUST

Part 2 on the VOLVO S60 2.5T project. Got help from my brother with rear muffler delete + 3.5" exhaust tip. Original on the exhaust it´s 2.5" so it sounds already a bit loud with only rear muffler delete. Maybe adding 3" straight motorsport exhaust in the future.

Not bad at all! I wonder how a 3" straight-pipe with a resonator will sound...did you note any improvement in performance??

Thanks, 3" straight pipe with middle muffler/resonator will sound great. Original it's 2.5" already. Don't think the performance have been improved, only lighter and you hear the sound 🙂

I had 3" turboback exhaust with rear muffler on my t5 and it sounded pretty nice. Now i have full 3" straight pipe and its obnoixously loud, like a wrc car

I bought the two pipes 45" from Swedish store called Biltema (2.5") and tip SCstyling. Prefer stainless steel for better quality and sound 👍
