@@steveprentice4513 Own engines produced in Sweden, German electric engines, Japanese Aisin Gearboxes, German electronic parts, Bodywork from south Sweden and finally assembled in USA, Belgium or Sweden (the main market for each model) ... quite high quality, expensive & thoughtful ""garbage"" don't you think? 🤦‍♂️ And for a brand their cars are driven one of the highest distances per year compared to others, everyone who is able to think would choose "garbage" fist for that .... very logical. 😶 Also logical that Volvo is still one of the few brands with very high level satisfaction of owners....

I drive Volvo's as part of my job, and rate them at the bottom of luxury vehicles. I do not think there is anything exceptional about Volvo's and am perplexed why people waste their money on these obscure, overpriced vehicles.

Overpriced, noisy interior, road noise galore, leather seats as hard and stiff as concrete and a horrible infotainment system. Nothing luxurious about Volvo's.
