I had ignition problems. I believe that those were the reason. Had couple missfire in 3bar boost.

All good here except clutch. Gearbox is down right now and Im chanching different type of pressure plate. Target was to go on 1/4 strip tomorrow but its bad weather here.

have you noticed the difference between b4194t and b4194t2 and newer oil pumps? is the old style pump any good?

There is differences yes. I dont remember how. But I use D5 oil pump with T5 or T4 spring. D5 pump gears are thicker. It produces over 8bar pressure. Thats why I changed loosen spring from T4 or something like that. Also I have couple shim washers under that. Now the pressure is 5-6bar in max boost and warm oil +9000rpm. T5 pump is thicker than T4 also. But D5 is biggest. T5 I mean 5cyl volvo engine.

T4 and 2.0T ph1 ph2 the springs are different. Also old ones has little different shape inside it. I would say that 2001-> will be best choice.

Ph2 T4 turbo 14T will go there. But 18T will be better.

1mm Fire rings (stainles wire) in head. Cylinder side I have receiver grooves.

Nothing special about them. You can find a lot of information on the fire ring and receiver groove from google. I do not make gaskets for others.

Now I have D5 pump with T5 spring. D5 spring is too hard, over 9bar pressure with that. I have 9200 soft and 9400 hard limit.
