Excellent! My XC70 has the same noise. By the way, did you noticed lack of power and P0299 because the vacuum issue? Thanks for your video!

How did you get the small cabel out of the way that goes trough battery tray plastic?
@nemerkha3 жыл бұрын
To be fair i can't remember exactly, but it didn't seem to be a problem otherwise i would have mentioned it. What i do remember is that the whole thing wasn't as difficult as i anticipated.

Thanks for your video, my V40 D3 is sounding like that. I will buy that little valve. Was your car also smoking a bit through the oil filler cap?
@nemerkha3 жыл бұрын
Maybe a bit. I wouldn't say to the extent of a blocked PCV though.

Was it easy to find the valve?
@nemerkha2 жыл бұрын
From memory yes. It was making a funny farting noise.
@TheSmallPol2 жыл бұрын
@@nemerkha mines the same. Changed all engine mounts, it got a little quiter but still exists :D so i think im gonna have to try and change the valve. You ordered it when you found or first took it apart, got the part number and then ordered?
@nemerkha2 жыл бұрын
@@TheSmallPol i ordered the part then changed. I thought once i take the old part out ill put the new one in regardless. When i removed the old part i found the diaphragm broken so i was very confident that it was the problem.
