We rarely use any vehicles parking brake because of freeze-brakes during the winter . Accidentally applied the parking brake and couldn't figure out how to release,, The owners manuqal is useles!! Thanks to your video "I'm on da road again"!

So I guess you can’t use it as an emergency brake while driving, like a traditional car that has a pool handle near the center console?

That's correct! The Tesla Model 3 doesn't have a traditional emergency brake setup like a pool handle. It relies on electronic parking brakes.
