I agree, for such a small country they seem to produce such a great range of heavy rock bands; from extreme metal to prog. I went to Rock the Beach festival in Helsinki last month and the Finns are mad! Great place to go in the Summer.

Y a t il une science nommée Von Hertzen Brothers? Une science qui allie chœurs à la King's X, des mélodies prog quelquefois blues et hard rock voire métal des ambiances de folie bref voilà ce qu'est le génie musical... Génial.

3:11 reminds me a bit of Dream Theater's "Blind Faith". Cannot stop listening to this song, but could have been so epic if everytime he sings the part of "flowers and rust" and so on they would keep building on that melody instead of cutting it with the guitar. still I'm hooked.
@HK-jh9gv6 жыл бұрын
I agree! Could have been an explosion of shivers if they just kept building on that awesome part

She’s been a loner ever since she gave in To the lingering ghost of her past And she was doing everything she could to stay still But the grip of its hold was to last She became A wanderer A foreigner A living lost cause In the shade and dark corridors Stories would tell that she was, yea Born with a curse Turning diamonds to dust Diamonds to dust An innocent world to withered flowers and rust Flowers and rust I don’t remember the day when she fell My only memory as far as I can tell Is the trembling of my hands when they held Withered flowers with her farewell I became A charlatan A bohemian A clown without shame Wide awake and in delirium I can hear myself calling her name, yea Born with a curse Turning diamonds to dust Diamonds to dust An innocent world to withered flowers and rust Clearly I was Born with a curse Turning diamonds to dust Diamonds to dust An innocent world to withered flowers and rust Flowers and rust you're welcome

Tää on vitun loistava esimerkki siitä kuinka keskellä poppi-, kone-, räppipaskaa, voidaan tehdä hyvä biisi, jossa viellä soitetaan itse jotain.

My favorite is probably Somewhere in the Middle. I haven't found a single bad song from their discography, though.

Good, but a few things were something I'm not sure whether I liked or not - the part after "flowers and rust" sounded pretty weird. Singer's accent also is easy to hear. Overall very good song though ^^
