Vonage customer for 8 years. I 100% agree with you. Reaching them is just very frustrating and the chat takes so much time. If they are a voice service you would think you would get to speak to someone. NOPE thays why I'm looking and watching your reviews

Can confirm about the customer service, we threatened to leave and they finally had a rep call us. Took them 3 requests and 4 months to change our caller ID…

I have been a vonage custom for several years - the service is good but the tech support by chat is not very good. It took me 4 days to solve a simple issue recently that could have been completed quickly if I could have spoken to a person.

Too difficult to watch with the camera focus and the little jumps when the camera is on you.
