sboudreaux27 to each is own man but Carrie could not sing with vonzell at all. She also chose more challenging songs than Carrie!! U think Carrie could’ve sang this song like Vonzell did🤔. Having said that I love Carrie Underwood, girl has a phenomenal voice so no discredit to her at all. I’m talking vocals and performance. Vonzell can perform and sing her ass off!!

@@jaylondarby21 Well Carrie was smarter. She chose the kind of songs that works like magic with her vocals. She knows what her fans wants to here and she goes for that. As in the words of Simon and Randy. If you want to win, you got to give ur fans what they wamt to listen. I believe Vonzell was brilliant but and times she took too much risk and she tends to oversing sometimes.

Clive you skeleton, Vonzell's biggest asset was that she brought a pop sensibility to everything she performed. Otherwise she'd just be one of a million other woman trying to sing Aretha.

Having witnessed her performances in this season, the way she performed better and better from the audition till the finals, I was surprised to learn that she's the only one not getting a contact from any label from that season! Can you imagine it? She could have been another Whitney, Chaka, Diana, and Dionne, if she was given a chance. What a waste!
