I wish my bosses would let Voortman walk our shop and bring in their machines, we just had about enough of Ficep.

What issues are you having with Ficep machines?

@@jgilagen990 wrong parameters on the beam line, won't pick up certain tools, at one point the tool door failed to open and the spindle smashed into it, endless errors that tech support can't even figure out, they tried updating the system it got worse. Plasma table also have errors that tech support can't figure out, "pre charge failure", "low volt link" (whatever that means), spindle overheating, one of the spindles moves and unloads/loads tools while plasma cutting, half the time it causes errors or crashes. They are not even on the same rail and tech can't figure out why it does that. Funniest part is watching technicians looking at their machines, scratching their heads. Tech support is not the friendliest or helpful.
